In a May, 2014 report, Court Watch Montgomery brought to light the dangerous visitation practices being regularly ordered by judges as part of Protective Orders. We now have a real chance of getting safe visitation services up and running in the next six to twelve months – but it won’t happen without a strong show of community support.
